"A Voice for Equity: Improving Cancer Care Access - I am TACHRC CIC, born from a deep-seated recognition of the stark inequalities that persist in cancer care. Here in Frimley and across the UK, ethnic minority communities often face a tougher battle against cancer due to delayed diagnosis, cultural barriers, and a lack of tailored support."

  • Tasmia Asif Foundation and Global Health Services are joining forces to improve healthcare access and outcomes for underserved communities in the UK and Bangladesh.

Our newly signed MoU outlines key projects, including developing and implementing community-based cancer clinics in the UK that focus on culturally sensitive care for minority ethnic groups.

We'll support the development and enhancement of a cancer hospital in Bangladesh, including infrastructure, equipment, training, and specialised programs. Our collaboration will focus on addressing health disparities with AI-powered tools and research, engaging with the community to ensure culturally appropriate healthcare initiatives, and providing culturally sensitive healthcare, including training programs and accessible resources. We'll also collect and analyse data to inform policy decisions and advocate for policy changes that promote health equity. Finally, we'll focus on capacity building in Bangladesh, including training on AI-powered diagnostics and telemedicine. We believe that by working together, we can make a real difference in the lives of people affected by cancer and other health challenges.
